IATC is fully equipped to render services related to vehicle recovery. No matter how remote your vehicle is, our highly skilled and trained recovery experts are just the right professionals to serve you even if the vehicle requires air rescue for lifting.
In case of a starting problem, IATC will provide a battery boost, and if the car fails to start after the boost, IATC will tow it to the nearest Authorized Service Center or Workshop in town as the member chooses.
Whenever the car key is locked inside the car or is misplaced, IATC will attempt to gain access to open the lock under the supervision of the appropriate authorities.
Running out of fuel? IATC will deliver maximum 5 gallons of fuel, free of delivery charge. The member will only pay the cost of the fuel, at cost in the leading gasoline station in the UAE.
Should the member’s vehicle having a flat tyre? IATC will help the member change the flat tyre and get it rolling once again. IATC is not responsible for providing new tyre.
If a member is stuck in the desert, IATC Off-Road unit will be there for help and will arrange to have the car winched on the nearest roadway.
In Case of a Mechanical Problem, Towing Is provided for members to the nearest Authorized Service Center or Workshop in town as per member’s request.
